What are your shipping values?

How can I get free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. However, we continually explore ways to develop a shipping program that supports both sustainable business practices and our customers’ needs. If you believe your order may qualify for special consideration, please contact us to speak with a sales specialist—we’re happy to review unique situations on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to ship?

We can't stress enough the importance of understanding the difference between processing time and shipping time. We're committed to processing and handing off in-stock items to the carrier within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.

Once your package is with the carrier, transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we have no control over delivery speed or delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier volume, or service disruptions.

Who do you ship with?

We partner with most major carriers—including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Maersk, and more—to provide reliable and timely delivery for our customers. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and real-time carrier rates.

Where do you ship from?

We operate four strategically located warehouses in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas, and Nevada, providing coast-to-coast coverage to ensure fast, efficient delivery. Your order will ship from the warehouse that has your items in stock and is nearest to your shipping address, helping to minimize delivery time and get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged?

While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your order arrives promptly and without issue, unexpected situations can occasionally occur. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, claims must be filed through the shipping carrier. However, to help minimize the inconvenience, we’re happy to assist by managing the claim process on your behalf.

Address Changes

We are committed to accommodating our customers whenever possible. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to update your shipping address or redirect a package.

Because these requests are highly time-sensitive, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in progress. To give us the best chance of successfully making adjustments, please contact us immediately upon realizing the need for a change.

Please note that once a package is in the carrier’s possession, most carriers charge a fee for redirection, which will be passed on to the customer. This fee must be paid before the request can be completed.

In many cases, if a shipping label has not yet been created, we can update the address without issue.
