  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet these criteria.

  6. Refund Processing: Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  7. Exchanges: Exchanges for defective or damaged items will be subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

  8. Non-Returnable Items: Certain merchandise or apparel items may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene reasons or other constraints. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification before making your purchase.
