Founded in 1992 by the Wohlfarth brothers in Germany as KW Tuning, KW Automotive GmbH quickly emerged as a leader in adjustable suspension technology with its first coilover system debuting in 1995 at the Essen Motor Show. Headquartered in Fichtenberg, KW now employs over 600 people globally and operates a state-of-the-art R&D and production facility, featuring a Formula‑1-grade 7-post shaker rig—one of only a few in the aftermarket world.

KW Suspensions delivers a comprehensive lineup that spans street coilovers (V1–V5), motorsport-focused Clubsport variants, hydraulically adjustable lift systems, and plug‑and‑play DDC electronic dampers—all engineered with stainless-steel bodies, solid-piston tech, and height-adjustable springs. With over 26,000 vehicle applications and partnerships with OEMs including BMW M, Mercedes‑AMG Black Series, Porsche GT models, and Lamborghini Squadra Corse, KW’s suspension systems blend performance with daily comfort.

Based in Clovis, California since 2005, KW USA supports distribution, R&D, and motorsport integration across North America alongside BBS and Belltech within the KW Automotive Group.
