1. How We Ship Fast

SaiteiStreet fulfills the majority of orders through Turn 14 Distribution, a premier performance warehouse distributor with over 1.5 million square feet of modern distribution center space and strategically located facilities in:

  1. Hatfield, PA
  2. Arlington, TX
  3. Indianapolis, IN
  4. Reno, NV

This nationwide footprint allows for:

  1. One-day ground shipping to approximately 60% of the U.S.
  2. Two-day ground shipping coverage to 100% of the continental U.S.
  3. Shipping location is automatically selected based on proximity to your delivery address to minimize transit time.

2. Order Processing Time

  1. In-stock orders typically ship the same business day or next business day
  2. Orders placed after daily carrier cutoff times may ship the following business day
  3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

3. Shipping Time Estimates

  1. Estimated delivery times are based on:
  2. Product availability at the time of order
  3. Warehouse location
  4. Carrier performance (UPS, FedEx, freight providers)

While most ground shipments arrive within 1–2 business days, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SaiteiStreet is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, labor issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Same-Day Fulfillment Disclaimer

SaiteiStreet offers same-day in-stock order fulfillment when possible; however:

  1. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed
  2. Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses
  3. Split shipments may occur to optimize delivery speed

5. Oversized & Freight Items

Certain products require special handling or freight shipping, including but not limited to:

  1. Hoods
  2. Wings
  3. Body panels
  4. Exhaust systems
  5. Wheels and tire packages

These items:

  1. May ship via LTL freight
  2. May require appointment delivery
  3. Are subject to additional handling time and carrier scheduling

Transit times for freight shipments vary and are not eligible for expedited shipping guarantees.

6. Backorders & Special Order Items

If an item is:

  1. Backordered
  2. Made-to-order
  3. Drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer

Estimated lead times will vary and may extend beyond standard shipping windows. Customers will be notified when delays are known.

SaiteiStreet does not control manufacturer production timelines.

7. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination

  1. Expedited shipping options may be available on select items
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
  3. “Ship to your shop” and flat-rate freight options may be available where applicable.

8. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

  1. Tracking information is provided once an order ships
  2. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not the responsibility of SaiteiStreet
  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
