Official Rules

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

  • The SaiteiStreet $10,000 Shopping Spree Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SaiteiStreet (“Sponsor”)

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

  • The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, possessions, military installations outside the contiguous United States, and where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter
  • A. Purchase Entry

  1. Eligible participants will receive five (5) entries for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases made on saiteistreet.com during the Sweepstakes Period.
  2. Entries are calculated based on the final transaction subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, or canceled orders.
  3. Returned or refunded purchases will have corresponding entries removed.
  4. Bonus entries, entry multipliers, or promotional incentives may be offered at the Sponsor’s discretion during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • B. No Purchase Necessary Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

  • To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten entry including:

  1. Full name
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. City and state of residence
  5. Mail to:

Entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026, and received by April 5, 2026.
Each mailed entry will receive five (5) entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

  • Mechanically reproduced, automated, or mass-produced entries are void.

5. Entry Limits

  • There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may earn during the Sweepstakes Period, provided entries are obtained in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior.

6. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $10,000 SaiteiStreet Shopping Spree, awarded as store credit redeemable exclusively at saiteistreet.com.

  • Prize Conditions:

  1. Store credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  2. Credit must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance.
  3. Credit may be used across multiple purchases until depleted.
  4. Standard store policies, exclusions, product availability, and vendor restrictions apply.
  5. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000 USD

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 7, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

  • The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

8. Odds of Winning

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Publicity

  • Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, submitted content, and/or vehicle build images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for:

  1. Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
  2. Technical malfunctions or website downtime
  3. Unauthorized intervention

11. Disqualification

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

13. Governing Law

  • All issues concerning the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Winner List

  • To request the name of the winner, send a written request to the Sponsor’s mailing address listed above within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement.
