1. What “Guaranteed Fitment” Means

SaiteiStreet guarantees that products marked as “Guaranteed Fitment” will fit only when all required vehicle information is provided accurately at the time of purchase and the product is installed according to manufacturer specifications.

Fitment is based on:

  1. Vehicle Year, Make, Model, Sub-model
  2. Engine, drivetrain, trim level, and production date (where applicable)
  3. Manufacturer fitment data and specifications

2. Customer Responsibility (Critical)

  1. To qualify for Guaranteed Fitment protection, customers must:
  2. Enter complete and accurate vehicle information at checkout or through required fitment fields
  3. Review product descriptions, fitment notes, exclusions, and manufacturer disclaimers
  4. Confirm compatibility with aftermarket modifications already installed on the vehicle

⚠️ Failure to provide accurate information voids the Guaranteed Fitment Policy.

3. Modified Vehicles Disclaimer

  1. Guaranteed Fitment applies to factory-spec vehicles only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. The policy does not cover fitment issues caused by:
  3. Lowered or lifted suspensions
  4. Aftermarket wheels, tires, or brakes
  5. Engine swaps or forced induction
  6. Custom fabrication or prior modifications
  7. Regional or market-specific vehicle variations

If your vehicle is modified, fitment confirmation is strongly recommended before ordering.

4. What Is Covered

If a Guaranteed Fitment product does not fit due solely to an error in SaiteiStreet’s verified fitment data, we will:

  1. Arrange a return or exchange for the correct item (if available)
  2. Refund the product cost after inspection and approval
  3. Cover standard return shipping only when the error is confirmed to be ours
  4. This does not include expedited shipping, installation costs, or third-party services.

5. What Is NOT Covered

The Guaranteed Fitment Policy does not cover:

  1. Installation errors or damage
  2. Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, or altered
  3. Electrical items once opened
  4. Clearance, rubbing, cosmetic alignment, or “preference-based” fitment concerns
  5. Manufacturer design tolerances or variances
  6. Products marked “Universal,” “Race Use,” “Professional Installation Recommended,” or “Test Fit Required”
  7. Items ordered without reviewing required fitment notes

6. Installation Requirement

All Guaranteed Fitment claims require:

  1. Professional installation or documented proof of proper installation procedures
  2. Clear photos or videos showing the fitment issue
  3. Retention of original packaging and hardware
  4. Products installed incorrectly or without proper tools void coverage.

7. Returns & Shipping Protection

  1. Returned items must be new, unused, and uninstalled
  2. Items must be returned in original packaging
  3. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Oversized or freight items (hoods, wings, body panels, exhausts) are subject to additional handling rules

SaiteiStreet is not responsible for damage caused during installation or return shipping due to improper packaging.

8. Final Determination

SaiteiStreet reserves the right to:

  1. Request additional documentation
  2. Deny claims that do not meet policy requirements
  3. Work directly with manufacturers when applicable

All fitment determinations are made at SaiteiStreet’s sole discretion based on available data and evidence.
